Hookipa Windsurfer 

Believed to be Royce Reid, formerly of Auckland and now based in Puerto Rico where he is part owner of a kite surfing shop and highly rated in the pro circuit - last year top 40.  He incidentally is in the Guinness Book of Records, having caught a 156lb marlin while windsurfing one night off Maui!!!  Took him about 3 hrs to land it.  Here's the link page - http://www.kitesurfpr.com/
